Senior UX / Product Designer

I design digital products that make complex things easier to use.

From ecommerce platforms to enterprise systems, I work with teams to turn complicated workflows into clear, usable experiences. I use prototypes to make ideas tangible early, test what matters and help product and engineering teams move with more confidence.

Ecommerce, enterprise and SaaS work across MyProtein, Fabrc, SAP and operational platforms.

How I tend to work

Prototype, flow and interface work that helps teams decide faster

Clearer workflows

Making the steps, dependencies and edge cases easier to see before anything is built.

Buildable ideas

Thinking through interaction details, states and components with the people making it real.

Selected work

A few projects that show how I think through messy product and workflow problems, not just how the finished screens look.

How I approach the work

I’m usually at my best where the problem is a bit messy: mixed requirements, real constraints and teams that need to get to a sensible answer quickly.

Start by making sense of it

Most projects have more moving parts than they first appear to. I like to map the workflow, the business rules and the awkward edge cases before jumping into screens.

Prototype early

I use realistic prototypes to work things out with people. They make ideas easier to test, easier to discuss and much easier for engineering teams to respond to.

Stay close to the build

I’m comfortable working with frontend teams and thinking through the practical details: states, components, responsive behaviour and what will actually be built.

Keep the business in view

Good UX still has to work for the business. I try to balance what users need with commercial goals, operational constraints and the realities of delivery.

Bring people with me

I’m not precious about process, but I do care about making decisions clear. Flows, notes and prototypes help stakeholders understand the thinking and move faster.

The kind of work I’m used to

I’ve worked across ecommerce platforms, enterprise workflows, SaaS products, stakeholder-heavy projects and production-facing design work.

  • Enterprise UX
  • Product design
  • Rapid prototyping
  • Frontend collaboration
  • Ecommerce journeys
  • Operational workflows
  • Design systems
  • Stakeholder alignment
  • AI-assisted prototyping
  • Production-aware design

The common thread is making things easier to understand, easier to test and easier to build without losing sight of what the business needs.

Additional work

A lighter view of supporting projects, platform improvements and smaller experiments.

  • Warburtons
  • O2
  • Wrights Dental
  • Other SAP work
  • Smaller MyProtein experiments

Available for focused product work

Need to make a complicated product or workflow easier to use?

I’m interested in product, ecommerce and enterprise work where design needs to be practical, collaborative and close enough to the build to make a real difference.
